Tantra-Lila Play-lists
Explore a selection of my curated, themed and medicinal playlists – full of music I remain eternally grateful to have encountered in this lifetime.
Lila means cosmic play. It’s an essential, but often neglected part of finding more of yourself, owning and transmuting your shadow. Fun and laughter bring you closer to the ‘god’ within. In these playlists you will find rhythm, moods, mischief, and a provocation which you resolve through play, dance, expression, singing and enjoyment. Take your pick!
Each one represents a stage in my personal journey and story, but is also a recognition of the many amazing artists past and present who have captured and articulated a beautiful moment of humanity*.
If they make you feel challenged, excited, empowered, or even just make you smile, they are doing the right work. Think about the light and shadow you are enjoying. Listen to the lyrics. Listen to the musical composition, the voice. How do they make you want to move? What wholeness and humanity can you find here? How much ecstasy?
Enjoy the Play!
